Here are answers to some of the most common questions we are asked by our customers.
- I’m an independent retailer and it’s not feasible for me to purchase a custom program. Do you keep any items in stock?

- Do you have minimum quantities?
Yes, please contact Customer Service at 416-798-0880 to learn more about our minimum quantities.
- Do you provide printed samples?
Yes, at a cost. Please contact Customer Service at 416-798-0880 for a quote.
- What are your payment terms?
First order is C.O.D. (deposit may be required). For additional orders, Dana can set up the customer as a new account (credit application is required).
- What information do I need to collect before submitting a request for quote?
Before submitting a quote, our Sales Representative will ask you to fill out a Request for Quote Questionnaire that asks for quantities, product dimensions, special packaging, colours, etc.
- Will you create our artwork for us?
Yes, at a cost. We have an excellent design team that will work with you to turn your vision into reality. Please contact Customer Service at 416-798-0880 for a quote.
- We have 500+ stores and would like you to distribute our order to our stores all over North America. Do you have the capacity & capability to do this accurately & efficiently?
Yes. Our clientele ranges from independent retailers with under 5 stores, to top retailers with over 5,000+ stores. We have a dedicated and experienced Operations team that will ensure programs are rolled out effectively and accurately.
- Where are your manufacturing facilities?
Our manufacturing facilities are located in Toronto, which serves the Canadian & American markets. We also have manufacturing facilities in Mexico, which serves the Mexican and South American markets. Our final manufacturing facility is in China, which serves the Asian market.
- What are your head office hours?
Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST.
- Are you ISO 9001 certified?
ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management Certification under progress.
- Do we have to pay for shipping?
Yes. The quote for shipping your order is not included in your product quote. We can ship your order under our account, and invoice you afterwards. Or, you provide us with your courier’s account number, and we will ship your order under your account. The customer has an option of picking up their order as well.
